Mechanical questions
| 1. | My bag machine broke down, how come? |
| 2. | There's a component I want to replace, but I don't know its part number. How do I order it? |
| 3 | It seems that the machine is not running as it used to! |
| 1. |
Our machines
are designed and build to last. Only the most reliable components are
used. But just as dripping water perforates stones over the time, it's
inevitable that with time and constant use, one or more component of
the machine wear out. There's nothing to worry as we've foreseen this
event, therefore we've made most of the machines' components adjustable.
Tightening a loosen component is just a matter of unscrewing adjusting
and screwing again. For those components totally worn out or not adjustable,
bland new components can replace them easily. |

With so
many machine models, it's obvious that there're so many parts and components
that not even we can memorize them all. If there's a component you need
to order, but don't know how to name it. Please describe it to us and
fax a drawing if possible. Don't forget to mention the machine model
to which the component belongs to, it's function, the position it's
installed, material it's made from, and any other keyword to help us
identify that part or component. You'll receive the replacement by the
fastest service available. |
| 3. | Fine
tuning and adjustments are common in all mechanical machinery after prolonged
usage. After having driven your car for several thousand miles it is recommendable
to have it inspected and fine tuned, unless of course you're planning
to buy a new one. With the bag machinery expect to fine tune it more often
than your car because it runs the entire day and your car doesn't (and
you should because you get more profit from the bag machine then from
your car). Click on the link below to go to the timing aligment page depending
on your machine's model. HTS-34NAUSR series Back to top |
