Sometimes it might be necesary to align the timing of the machines after prolonged use. In this page you'll find the instructions for aligning the high-end HTS machinery. We assume that you have at least some professional mechanic experiences, which are absolutely necesary unless you don't mind making this machine is obsolete. The instructions are made assuming that you are standing between the MAIN-UNIT and the PUNCHING-UNIT facing the sealing blade.

First you need to adjust the machine and have it at the starting position (this is the optimal position for aligning all mechanical elements)
Use the SEALING BAR JOG to manipulate the SEALING BAR. Let it run and stop it at 5mm distance between SEALING BAR and BASE when SEALING BAR IS GOING UP.
Having stoped the machine at the starting position, make sure both of the BAG FLIPPER tubes (located in front of the sealing bar) are horizontally aligned at the same level.

Skip this step if the tubes are correctly aligned, else release the 30 TEETH PLASTIC GEAR found under the sealing bar to the right side, align the BAG FLIPPER tubes and put the PLASTIC GEAR back to its place.
 
 
 

Next check if the PRESSURE BAR that's over the HOT BLOCK PINS is at its lowest position (pressed over hot block pins).
 

If it isn't then please loose the ECCENTRIC WHEEL located at the lower left side, and turn it to the position where the PRESSURE BAR is at it's lowest position, and fix the ECCENTRIC WHEEL.
Now it is time to adjust the SERVO-CONTROLLER.
Just press SCR on the keyboard to enter the adjustment screen.Note that these settings are different from version to version of our HTS series. Therefore it'd be better to consult with us about the version of your machine before adjusting this numbers.
